Welcome to Neurotics Anonymous

Neurotics Anonymous (NA) is a 12-step fellowship designed to help individuals dealing with emotional and mental health challenges through mutual support and structured recovery principles. It is modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous and focuses on emotional wellness, personal growth, and spiritual development.

What This Group Is About

This group provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences, strength, and hope. Through regular meetings and applying the 12 Steps, members work toward emotional stability and a healthier way of living.

About the Founder

Neurotics Anonymous was inspired by the work of Dr. Abraham A. Low, a psychiatrist who developed Recovery, Inc. His teachings emphasized self-control, managing emotional reactions, and improving mental health through structured methods.

  4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory...
  5. Admitted to God, ourselves, and another human being...
  6. Were entirely ready to have defects removed...
  7. Humbly asked Him to remove shortcomings...
  8. Made a list of all persons we harmed...
  9. Made direct amends wherever possible...
  10. Continued to take personal inventory...
  11. Sought through prayer and meditation...
  12. Having had a spiritual awakening, we carried this message...
